The Annual Rogue Valley MobilePack allows almost anyone the opportunity to feed the hungry, with little more than your two hands.

Volunteer spots are first come first serve and all volunteers must register online. A link to sign up will be available 3 weeks before the event. Ages 5 and up can volunteer with adult supervision.

All volunteers welcome. Kids age 5+ can volunteer. Families, teams, business groups, etc.
Note
We do our best to keep groups together but we appreciate your flexibility to fill all the “station” spots as needed.

Groups
12–15 adults (13 or older) or 15–20 people. Minimum 10 adults (13 or older).
Donation Requirement
$1,000 donation required to reserve a station. This will sponsor all the meals your group will pack during your session.
Note
We may have to add volunteers to your station if there is not enough people in your group to fill the station.

Large Group Registration

Groups
Expect your group to be more than 50 people? Contact our volunteer coordinator to reserve your spots.
Donation Requirement
One pallet of meals ($2,255) donation required per 50 reserved spots. Space is limited and not all groups can be accommodated. This is first come first serve.
Note
We will divide your group into stations of 15–20 people per station. Groups that do not fill up full stations will have other volunteers added to their station.

The Volunteer Experience​

1. Hair

Yes, you will have to wear a beautiful hair net. Don’t worry we all get to look gorgeous together. Hairnets are provided.

2. Jewelry

If possible please remove all jewelry prior to attending the MobilePack. For more details regarding jewelry (Click Here).

3. Food + Drink

Food will not be provided and all liquids and outside food are not permitted in the packing area. We will have bottled water available and drinking fountains available.

4. Dress Code

Please dress normal, unless told otherwise. :)
